Both the Manager of Works and Services and the Manager of Technical Services and Utilities report
to the City's Chief Administrative Officer. The Manager of Works and Services is responsible
for all operational and maintenanance services pertaining to Roads, Parks, Facilities and Equipment. The Manager of Technical Services and Utilities is responsible for all operational and maintenance services pertaining to the Water, Sewer and Electrical Utilities and Public Works Administration including but not limited to directing a comprehensive engineering program.
